Documentation

Great products are designed and built with great documentation. TurboTools’ CablEquity Cable and Harness Design CAD software package is the best solution. It provides DRC results, BOMs, assembly drawings and schematics. This is the tool we employ to support our customer’s documentation requirements from harness conception to production.

First Articles

To validate the design of each new wire harness we submit First Articles for approval. This approach gives our customer engineering samples to verify layout, connector orientation and functionality to ensure a smooth transition from proto-type to production.

Production

We have the resources to manufacture 1000 piece lots. When prepping wires, we use Carpenter Manufacturing cutting and stripping tools for length accuracy and to prevent wire nicks and cuts. For larger terminals, to produce a high quality interface between wire and terminal, we utilize American Beauty’s resistance soldering stations. Our procedure to tin, crimp and solder creates a long lasting interconnect.
